The second meeting of the ’Media and Civil Society Cooperation for Refugee Rights’, which is Carried out with European Union funds, will be held in Adana between 28 February and 2 March.
With the number of asylum seeker exceeding 3.5 million, Turkey is the country which hosts the most refugees, this situation increases the importance of the issue in the media part. In the Adana meeting, issues such as refugee law, the correct use of the concepts related to refugees, the regulation of visuals in a way not to harm the refugees will be discussed and the current statistical information will be shared. The experts who will attend from the European Union Delegation to the meeting will take the subject of the European Union's relations with Turkey and Immigration Agreement to the agenda. The World Food Program official (WFP) , which cooperates with the Turkish Red Crescent in the distribution of Kızılay Kart, will share its latest status with the press members. NTV editor, journalist Mr. Mete Çubukçu will make evaluations about Afrin Operation.
